Ninutes of the FeSrua,ry 20th meting were read and on a motion made by Nr. Eohrer, seconded by Mr. Sorenson were approved as read. After a thorough discussion bgsall parties present as to it's merits, a duly made motion was made by Kr. Cook and seconded by lh-. Sorenson and unanimously passed that the Zoning Commission rezone the following A Agricultural Zoned area to Residential A 2 and the Town 3oard is hereby notified of this action which consists of: Lands located in Town of Iiuskego, all remaining agricultural areas only now existing in Section 1, the also all in the portions of agricultursl area north of thc Conservancy agricultural areas in the southeast and northeast a sec.t.ions of section 2, area in a portion of the northwest and northeast a sections of Scction 12. Xiss E. Krause appea.red before the 3oard in behalf of Hr. Ha man Krause of section 25 from agricultural.to Light Yanufacturing. Miss Kra.use wag regarding a question pertaining to rezoning a portion of the S.E.4 section 31 of the Zoning Ordinance Book to-obtain proper action on her request. informed that she follow the proceedings under Section XX on page 30 and 13. Ken Purdy wag present and asked if any new action were being taken as to Industrial in Scction 18 and 19 and he was informed that no further action me contemplated at this session.
