COOK LESLIE 80REN80N The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board called to oredr at 9:30 P.)!. on December 19th, 1955 by the Chairman Mr. Czarnccki. 1,Iembers present: Yalter Bohrer Cook Czarnecki Kolm Sorenson Minutes of iiovember 21st read and approved. Mr. Sorenson not being present at the prtceeding meeting asked to have the minutes words in paragraph 1, which he thought should have read, Retail of October 17th read, and he called attention to the last t-do Fuel Storage Tanks in place of filling station and on a revue with members present it was found an error had been made in a transcript of notes taken at that meeting whereupon the Chairman instructed the Secretary to change the wording to Retail Fuel Storage Tanks in place of filling station. of the Tom of Huskego for rezoning of parcels of land at the corner of Woods Road and Corjnty Trunk Y within 300 feet of the High School was brought to the floor for consideration by Kr. On a unanimously by all members present that the following parcels of land be rezoned to agriculture: property located in the SbJi~ of Section 16, Township 5 north of Range 20 East and lying west of the Center of the bJaterford Road. property located in the Nd2 of Section 21, Township 5 north of Range 20 East and lying east of the center of the !;laterford Road. A petition was presented from Lentini and Simandl to rezone an$ existing portion of land from A1 to 82 was brought to the floor, their reasons for this change as mentioned in their petit- Sorenson that rezoning from A1 to A2 be granted, passed by all ion were discussed. A motion vas made by Mr. Cook, seconded by Hr. members present same to effect that portion as shown on Survey Exhibit A of petition and described according to the petition as f ollom : be extended to the line 75' Vest of the Vest line of the NE2 of the NN-2 of Section 8, Town 5 North, Range 20 East and that the North boundry of this zone be the North Line of Section 8 and the Somth boundry be 30 feet South of the South line of the Nh of the N$ of the N$ of Section 8, Town 5 North, Range 20 East.
