The meeting was called to order by Chairman Czarnecki,
who introduced m, Tim. L. Nelson of the County Planning Codesion. Xr. Nelson answered various inquiries and queatione which were
presented at the meeting. Kr. Fred Peters of Route 2, Wwo~o askwd for
information as to selling certain parcels of hie land and was informed
by Hr. Halaon that section 29 on Hy Y where his land is located was
zoned for agriculture and he had his choice of the following;
0 Sell up to and including 4 lots of not less 'than 3 acres
each or petition the Town for rezoning 4s outlined under Town Zoning
Ordininance Pages 30 & 31.
A petition was filed for rezoning by Coutoure Inc. with
the Town Clerk and was presented to this Commission by tbrgaret
William who waa present at this meeting. The petbtion was to change
agricultural area to residential A-2, the proper description of the
property is a8 follow, north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 section of
seotion 1. !Phis wae filed along with adjoining property owners.
A motion was made by Nr. Cook, seconded by I&. Kolm that the Coutoure
Inc. area be handled as outlined below, Motion carried.
It is recommended by the Planning Commishion that the
area bff rezoned to reeidentiel A-2 and that the Town Clerk be
notified 4 of this recommendationand that notices to property owners
affected be duly notified as required on Pagee 30 & 31 of Zonirg

ordinance. The change to residential A-2 would refer to an area as follows;
All agriolltural ereas in the section named, Northwest 1/4
section of section 1 north to Hy 24 and Hy HH, the entire
northeast section of section 1, the southwest l/& sect.ion of
section 1 south to Tees Corners Rosd and Woods Road, the
southeast section of section 1 auth to Woods Road and parts of
the northeast and southeast 1/4 section of section 2 now shown
as agricultural.
IW. L. Erno, Route .2, Box 703, &+le0 Corners brought up the question
of obtaing a permit from the hildiny Inspectbr &or construction of summer
cottages to be rented on .a weekly or summer season basis only. The property
described as follows:
Southwest 1/4 section of section E off of Muskego Lake.
Building Inspector had refused to issue a permit as no provisions
for summer cottages had been made in the Zoning Ordinance. A motion was
made by Nr. Bohrer and seconded by 14r. Cook to table this proposal and
hold for future study. Motion cerried.
It is recomerded by the Planning Colmniseion on a motion by Mr.
Eolm and seconded by 1.k. Cook $hat the Town Board notify T4r. Henry Scholbe
that he must either sell his land on rip 24, Northeast 1/4 section 17, in
Town 5 north range 20 east, now zoned as agriaxltural in 3 acre parcels,
not to excced 4 parcels or apply for rezoning SelIoQing proceedure
required under zoning zamimg ordinance Page 30 & 31.
On a motion by Mr. Bohrs~ and seconded by Mr. Kolm that all land
within 300 ft. of Lake DeNoon shore line be rezoned to residential A-2
and that this recomendation be &e to the Town Board and that the Tom
Clerk notify all partiesas required under rezoning for notice and public
hearing.
A motion was made by Mr. Cook and seeconded by Mr. Bohrer to
recommed to the Town Board that Mr. Bergen be notified that the area
on Little lhskego Lake, N.W. 1/4 section, known-as Bergens Island is con-
sidered as king zoned in residential B and all building must conform ro
these requirements. Motion carried.
A suggestion was made th& the Town have signs posted on Town limits
saying Town is zoned and apply to milding Inspector for permits.
A discussion was had with Kr Nelson as to the merits of a new
ordinance for Resorts and their buildings. This was held over for future
study.
