Of TOWl Of Ifuskego, Vaukesha County, Visconsin, held at Town Hall
April 18, 1955 at 8:oo P.H.

Minutes of the preceeding meeting were read ami approved.
A plot plan was submitted to this Comittee for Wm. Jensen's
Subdivision, plat plan was for N.E. 1/4 of Section 13 Town 5 North,
range 20 East. General ploting and sizes of the lots did not conform
to zoning map of this Township and on motion by Nr. Sorenson and
seconded by I&. Cook the Board voted to reject this plat and
recommended that it be taken to proper channels for zoning approval
by the County Board.
Yotion made by Xr. Sorenson, seconded by I&. Cook to have
Town prodde this Commission with a large size noping map of the
Township. Motion carried.
Plot plan of 77 lots, 20,000 sguare feet, Section 11 T5N-
RZOE, Bay Lawn Subdivision No.1 for Joseph J. 3osch was submitted.
This plat was signed and approved by Mu. L.Nelson and Karqaret
Williams Karch 17, 1955 Lots and roadways seemed to conform with the
Town Zoning map whereupon a motion was mde by B. D. Cook, to accept
plot as submitted, seconded by Walter Bohrer, unanimously approved by
Board.
A general discuseion wae held in reference to the Town Zoning
Ordinances and a suggestion was made to contavt Mr. Wm. L. Nelson and
diecass the zoning laws with relation to interpretations and
conformities to the County Code.
