Plan Commissoin Minutes - 4/4/2017 approved CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES April 4, 2017 6:00 PM Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue CALL TO ORDER Mayor Kathy Chiaverotti called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Chiaverotti, Ald. Borgman, Commissioners Spring, Peardon, Jacques (6:08), and Bartlett (6:19) and Planner Huebner. Excused: Commissioner Buckmaster. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE The meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting laws. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 7, 2017 MEETING. Alderman Borgman made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 7, 2017 meeting. Commissioner Peardon seconded. Motion Passed 6 in favor. OLD BUSINESS FOR CONSIDERATION RESOLUTION # PC 017-2017 - Approval of an Annual Review for Frey Auto located in the NE and SE 1/4 of Section 34 (S107 W16311 Loomis Road / Tax Key No. 2296.996 and 2293.996.002).
