The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Kuwitzky at 6:00PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Kuwitzky, Mooney, Whittow, Glazier and Sprecher were in attendance.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS
John A. Mooney made a motion to approve APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS, Rob
Glazier seconded.
MOTION OF CLOSED SESSION
Motion to Enter Closed Session
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
Entered into closed session at 6:02PM.
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego will
convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statute,
Section 19.85 (1) (C ):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any
public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility
more specifically for the purpose of discussing the police chief replacement process.
Action may be taken in closed session. The Police and Fire Commission of the City of
Muskego will then reconvene into open session to continue with agenda items.

Motion Passed 5 in favor.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to approve Captain Richard Rens to be promototed to
Chief. Commissioner Sprecher seconded, after a roll call vote all were in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Rob Glazier made a motion to adjourn, Lynn Sprecher seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
