CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Kuwitzky at 6:00PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Roll call was taken with Commissioners Kuwitzky, Mooney, Treba and Glazier present. Chief
Moser, Captain Constantineau, Aldermen Engelhardt and Madden were also in attendance.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was posted on October 13, 2015.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS
John A. Mooney made a motion to approve APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS, Blenda
Treba seconded. Motion passed 4 in favor.

REPORT FROM POLICE DEPARTMENT
Chief Moser advised that the department currently has three officers in field training. One in
each phase, with a background being done on a 4th candidate, who will hopefully start in
December. At that time, the department will be up to full staff for the first time in 2 years.
The department's automatic license plate reader is in the process of being installed in the new
squad 3 and will be up and running soon.
The Common Council has approved a new building for the police department, which will be
attached to a new city hall building. Expected time frame for the police department to be
finished is 2018. The department currently has 23,000 square feet and will be upgraded to
43,000 square feet.
CRO Rakers is working on creating a Citizens Academy Alumni group.
There will be a public hearing on Monday, 10/19/15, on the department's budget.
Captain Constantineau was present and informed the commission on his attendance at the FBI
Academy this past spring. The experience was a tremendous professional experience and the
department will be doing what it can to get another member of our department on the list to
attend a future academy class. So far our department has sent 9 officers in the history of our
department.

Commissioner Mooney nominated Commissioner Kuwitzky for the position of President.
Commissioner Treba seconded, all in favor motion passed.
Commissioner Kuwitzky nominated Commissioner Mooney for the position of Treasurer.
Commissioner Treba seconded, all in favor motion passed.
