Meeting was called to order at 5:30PM by Commissioner Kuwitzky.

STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS
John A. Mooney made a motion to approve APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS, Lynn
Sprecher seconded. Motion passed 4 in favor.
CLOSED SESSION
Meeting went into closed session at 5:31PM.
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego will
convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statute,
Section 19.85 (1) (C ):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any
public employee over which the governmental bod has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility
for the specific of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance
evaluation data, more specifically for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of
police officer.
OPEN SESSION Meeting was back in open session at 9:05PM.

John A. Mooney made a motion to adjourn, Rob Glazier seconded. Motion passed 4
in favor.
