PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Commissioners Mooney, Whittow, Kuspa, Jaske and Boyer were present STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS Commissioner Kuspa made a motion to approve APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS, Commissioner Whittow seconded. Motion passed 5 in favor. CLOSED SESSION Commissioner Whittow made a motion to go into closed session, Commissioner Kuspa seconded. Motion passed 5 in favor. Meeting went into closed session at 5:20PM. NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego will convene upon passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statute, Section 19.85 (1) (C ): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental bod has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more specifically for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of police officer. OPEN SESSION Commissioner Kuspa made a motion to go back into open session, Commissioner Whittow seconded. Motion passed 5 in favor. Meeting was back in open session at 9:12PM. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Kuspa made a motion to adjourn, Commissioner Whittow seconded. Motion passed 5 in favor. Meeting was adjourned at 9:16PM.
