A special meeting of the Muskego Police & Fire Commission was held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 in
the conference room of the City of Muskego Police Department. Commissioner Gleason called the
meeting to order at 7:05AM.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll call was taken with Commissioners Gleason, Treba, Sindic, and Mooney present. Commissioner
Kuwitzky was excused.
Statement of Public Notice was given to the press and posted on Monday, February 11, 2013.
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to accept the agenda and Commissioner Treba seconded with
motion carrying unanimously.
New Business:
Commissioner Mooney made a motion to accept the promotions of Officers Steve Johannik and
Jason Ondricka to the position of sergeant. Commissioner Sindic seconded and motion carried
unanimously.
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police & Fire Commission of the City of Muskego will convene upon
passage of the proper motion into closed session pursuant to State Statutes, Section 19.85 (1) ( c):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governing body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for the specific
purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, more
specifically for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of police officer.
Commissioner Gleason made a motion to go into closed session. Commissioner Sindic seconded and
motion carried unanimously. The commission moved into closed session at 7:15AM.
A motion was made to move back into open session by Commissioner Sindic at 10:35AM and seconded
by Commissioner Treba. Motion carried unanimously and the commission signed the roster of the three
candidates who will continue in the hiring process.

Commissioner Treba made a motion to adjourn and Commissioner Sindic seconded. Motion carried
unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 10:40AM.
