STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
APPROVAL OF AGENDA ITEMS
CLOSED SESSION
The City of Muskego Police and Fire Commission will meet at approximately 6:00 p.m., or as
soon thereafter as time permits, on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Muskego Police
Department, W183 S8150 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, to vote on a motion to
convene into closed session at said time and place for discussion/action relative to:
Filling the Police Chief Position
and to take such further action as may be necessary and appropriate with respect to such
matters. The Police and Fire Commission will hold the closed session in the Conference Room
at the City of Muskego Police Department.
A closed session for the purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats. Section
19.85(1)(C):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any
public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Police and Fire Commission will convene in open
session to consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection of
the above-listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been acted upon.

BODY SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO ABOVE IN THIS NOTICE.
