CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Alderman Borgman at 6:00PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Aldermen Borgman, Hammel and Engelhardt, Citizen Representative Johnson and Kuwitzky,
along with Chief Moser were in attendance. Aldermen Kubacki and Madden were also in
attendance. Chief Wojnowski was excused.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Alderman Hammel made a motion to approve APPROVAL OF MINUTES, M. Kuwitzky
seconded.
PUBLIC APPEARANCE
UPDATES FROM POLICE DEPARTMENT
Chief Moser advised that we hired another police officer with four officers now in field training.
Chief Moser advised that he will be retiring and his last day will be 01/06/17 and his
replacement should be named next week.
Shop with a cop will be held on 12/10/16 at Walmart.
UPDATES FROM FIRE DEPARTMENT
NEW BUSINESS
Woods Road Stop Sign Request
Matt Johnson made a motion to deny Woods Road Stop Sign Request, Alderman
Engelhardt seconded.
Motion Passed 5 in favor.
After a brief discussion, it was decided that placing a stop sign on Woods Road at Nature
Court would hinder traffic more than help it.

COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
Alderman Borgman advised the committee that the Parks Board is looking at implementing an
ordinance for people staking out areas early in the day for the 3rd of July festivities at Idle Isle.
He requested if there was anything the committee thought we could add. Majority of the
memebers advised they thought the parks board would be the best to handle this.
