Gregory. Absent: Citizen Rep. Johnson.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 04/10/14 meeting
Alderman Kubacki made a motion to approve APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 04/10/14
meeting, Alderman Madden seconded.
Motion Passed 4 in favor.
PUBLIC APPEARANCE
UPDATES FROM POLICE DEPARTMENT
Chief Moser advised the Muskego Police Department was in the process of hiring four new
officers. On 07/21/14, Safety City would begin, on 08/07/14, National Night Out would be
taking place at Veteran's Park and a new session of Citizen's Academy would be starting in
September. He advised the gun range was 90% complete and would be ready to use soon.
2014 Fireworks Complaint Update
Chief Moser reported 77 permits had been issued for 2014. There was a total of 14 complaints.
Officers were unable to locate 8 of those complaints. Of the remaining six complaint, three did
not have a permit and three did.
UPDATES FROM FIRE DEPARTMENT
Chief Wojnowski advised the fire department was collecting money for MDA and had a goal of
$15,000.00 and members of the fire department would be walking around during Jammin on
Janesville to collect money. He reported they received a new fire truck which would be ready
for use in January 2015.
