CALL TO ORDER
Alderperson Borgman called the meeting to order at 5:02 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Alderperson Borgman, Alderperson Hammel, Scott Kroeger, Director of Public Works and Development
Absent: Alderperson Madden
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
The meeting was posted in accordance with open meeting laws.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Alderperson Hammel made a motion to approve the minutes of November 18, 2019 meeting. Alderperson Borgman seconded.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.
STATUS OF PROJECTS
Discussion update. No formal action may be taken on any of the following:
Great Water Alliance
Director Kroeger stated he does not have any new updates at this time, nor has the Public Information Meeting been scheduled.
Hillendale Reconstruction
Director Kroeger stated he does not have any new updates at this time. Questions from residents have decreased. The project will go out to bid in December 2020, with construction starting
in Spring 2021.

Sanitary Sewer Easement to be Vacated (CSM 6684)
Director Kroeger explained the background behind the need for this original easement. It is no longer necessary, plus the road has been previously vacated as well.
Alderperson Hammel made a motion to Vacate the Sanitary Sewer Easement. Seconded by Alderperson Borgman.
Motion Passed 2 in favor.
