Public Works Committee - MINUTES - 8/17/1978PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 17, 1978 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Schaumberg at 8:07 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk and Dumke and Supt Bertram, The committee is waiting to receive the easements necessary for the rerouting of the drainage channel in Glenbrook Subdivision. supt. Bertram advised the committee that Waukesha County Highway Commissioner Demshar has assured the city the deceleration lanes in the area of city hall-library and police building will be 12 ft. lanes (10 ft. lanes and 2 ft. gutter). Supt. Bertram advised the committee of the vandalism taking place in the area of the city-owned land on McShane Dr. (Bluhm Farm), The committee reviewed the Fountainwood Ditch project and noted that the Council has authorized the the consulting engineers to advertise for bids for the project. It was noted, however, that several easements must still be executed before the project can be started. The following correspondence was reviewed: A signed easement from Gary Jund for the Fennimore Ditch Project A communication from Godsell-Weber-Bruch & Rick regarding the Lochbaum property on Union Church Drive.
