MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 19, 1978
0 The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Dumke at 8 00 P.M. Also present was Committee Member Tomczyk and Ald.
Wallner
Mr. and Mrs. Y anny appeared to discuss the work done on their
culvert. They expressed displeasure as to how the work had been completed.
Discussion of correspondence from Mr Don Otto of Reukert &
Mielke, regarding the Martin Drive Reconstruction Project will
be reviewed at the next meeting of the committee.
Public Works Employees Grove Castine and John Loughney appeared
at the meeting to discuss with the committee their feelings
regarding their pension program.
Mr. Loughney and Mr. Castine once again advised the committee
that as of this date they had not received their retroactive pay
for the year 1975. The committee advised them the matter shall
be brought to the attention of the Mayor.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion carried The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
