0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 21, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 P.M. by Chairman Schaumberg.
Also present were committee members Dumke, Mayor Gottfried, and Aldermen
Pienkos, Wallner and Van Lanen.
The cormnittee discussed with Cheryl Feldhausen and another resident
* of Hale Park Meadows the status of the engineering work being done on
the Hale Park Meadows Outlot 113. Mayor Gottfried indicated that a
report .should be available by the end of August,
Mayor Gottfried advised the committee that he is awaiting word from
City Attorney Buckley to determine whether or not the insurance
presently carried by Del Sievert would protect the city in the event
damage to Ryan Road occurs.
The committee is awaiting the cost estimate from Willard Bertram on
the Bass Bay channel cleaning project.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
Mr. Roger Van of Hoffman, Polzin & Associates, appeared to represent
the developers of Freedom Acres Addition #l. He requested approval
0 of a revised storm sewer plan for the major drainage ditch traversing
through the subdivision, Ald. Schaumberg moved to grant the request
subject to approval by Ruekert & Mielke. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried,
Aid. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion
carried.
