0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 19, 1977
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Schaumberg at 8.30 R,M,
Also present were committee member Dumke and Supt. Bertram, Aldermen Van
Lanen, Pienkos and Wallner.
l The committee reviewed request for payment of well in Kristin Downs Subdivision in the amount of $30,796.40. Ald. Schaumberg moved to
approve release payment for same. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
he committee reviewed request from Rite Realty for the release of payment in the amount of $13,722.00 covering construction of the
swimming pool in Kristin Downs. Ald. Dumke moved to grant the request,
seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The committee reviewed a request from Rite Realty for release of
payment in the amount of $5,945.94 for the well in Guernsey Meadows
Subdivision, subject to the approval of Ruekert & Mielke. Ald.
Schaumberg moved to grant the request, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
l!! Mr. Mel Rondrup, W180 S6428 Lentini Dr., appeared at the meeting to

request that the city install the necessary storm sewer across his
property to be able to build a home. The committee will review the
matter while on their Public Works tour (Tues., May 31st - 4;30 P M.)
supt. Bertram advised the committee that Mr. Scott Krause has requested
permission to use McShane Rd. to truck excessive topsoil from his
property. supt. Bertram advised the committee that the owner of
Muskego Lakes Country Club had dug a large pond which generated the
topsoil and they have an opportunity to sell it if the trucking is
permitted. The committee noted that McShane Rd. has recently been re-
surfaced and that there was a possibility of damage to the road surface
as a result of the trucking. supt. Bertram indicated that they would
like to see some form of agreement between the city and Muskego Lakes
Country Club which would provide that in the event damage to the
road it would be repaired by the Muskego Lakes Country Club. The
matter was deferred until the next meeting.
The committee reviewed applications for employment and placed same on file.
a The committee discussed the request by Rite Realty to eliminate curb and gutters in Guernsey Meadows, Add. #l. Discussion on this matter
was deferred for further study.
The request from Mr. Frank Narlock to release development bond was
deferred to the next meeting.

Supt. Bertram will view the "No Thru Street" sign on Wentland Drive.
Also, all problems on Wentland Drive concerning signs will be reviewed.
Ald. Dumke moved to direct Supt. Bertram to place "No Through Trucking"
on St. Leonard's Drive and Westwood Drive due to construction presently
going on in Kristin Downs Subdivision. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg,
motion carried.

Correspondence was reviewed and placed on file.
