MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1972
Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:lO P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy and DeBack, Mayor Gottfried and Supt. Bertram.
Mr. Ray Gray of Rite Realty appeared to discuss road standards in sub-
divisions proposed by them in the northeast area of the city.
Mr. Frank Ruekert of Ruekert & Mielke appeared to discuss the status of
the Industrial Park. The following items were discussed:
Test borings Grading Plans
Temporary Well for Park Road Plans
Telephone Cable relocation
Supt. Bertram reported on exchange of property with Harold Straw. Ald.
Burgenneister moved to accept survey as drawn on exchange of property.
Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend to the Common Council the acceptance of the
low bid of International Harvester Co. of Brookfield, for two new trucks
and alternates of emergency brakes. in the amount of $28.642.00. Seconded
truck.

Ald. Burgenneister moved to purchase and install a new radio in one

Supt. Bertram reported on Muskego Creek easements. The committee d

Supt. Bertram discussed the easement for storm sewer across St. Paul's
Church property in Tess Corners and will invite a representative in
to discuss the matter at the next meeting.
Engineer Barry reported on entrance proposal for Parkland Plaza. Ald.
Foldy moved to recommend proposal to the state. Seconded by Ald. DeBack,
motion carried.
Coanaunication from Engineer Barry directed to the Sewer Committee
regarding sub-sewer contracts #4-70, #5-70 and #7-70.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to maintain road specifications as laid out in
the Public Works Department specifications for all new roads in the sub-
divisions proposed by Rite Realty. Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Mr. Ron Ford appeared to discuss the- placement of riprap rock around
the island on Little Muskego Lake. The committee agreed that the Public
Works Dept. will move loose stones in the area of the island up to the
shore line of the island.
Ald. DeBack moved to have Ruekert and Mielke to draw up specifications
for the rebuilding of Tess Corners Drive.from Woods Road to the County Line.
Seconded by Ald. Burgermeister, motion carried.
Supt. Bertram discussed the request for placement of service organi>ation
signs within the city/ Ald. Foldy moved that the Public Works Dept. would
cooperate with service organiZations in the matter of pursuing the placement
of organization signs. Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried. __
Ald. DeBack moved to authorize the city engineer to work with the Electric
Co. for easement to service the new city hall. Seconded by Ald. Foldy,
motionc\arried.
Ald. DeBack,moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at lo:15 P.M.
