MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 23, 1972
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Burgermeister at 3:45 P.M.
Also present were Alderman Foldy, Mayor Gottfried, Clark Barry and
Willard Bertram.
Mr. Schrieber appeared at the meeting regarding water drainage as a
result of Woods Road construction. The committee agreed that tile
would be laid and fill hauled to create the proper swale.
Mr. Bertram reported that the money for the mowers is included in the
budget, per auditor. The committee is recosraending approval of
Resolution #28-72, accepting the low bid for the tractor and mower.
Drainage problems on McShane Road to be discussed with property owners
involved.
A meeting with sewer contractors regarding maintenance of roads to be
scheduled for March 29, 1972, at 4:00 P.M. at the city hall.
The meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
