MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 20, 1972

Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7:28 P.M.
present were Aldermen Foldy and DeBack and Supt. Bertram.
Supt. Bertram reported on the land exchange between Harold Straw and
the City of Muskego on Oak Grove Drive.
Supt. Bertram also reported on the major public works projects to be
completed in 1972.
Application for employment with the Public Works Department was received
from Edwin Schuflatowski, S70 W1871 Gold Drive. Placed on file.
Supt. Bertram reported that in the past, specifications on all vehicles
for the Public Works Department were met by all manufacturers on minimum
requirements.
Also
Mr. Ron Ford appeared to discuss with the committee the status of Holz's
Island. He express concern with the placing of riprap rock along the
west side of the island, etc.
0- The committee recommended that the sign for the Industrial Park be
submitted at the next Plan Commission meeting for approval for permit.
Ald. DeBack moved to recommend to the Council the advertising of bids
for a tractor and mower for the Public Works Department. Seconded
by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved that Clark Barry take the necessary steps to
obtain a Notary Seal. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Correspondence from Engineer Barry directed to Mr. Anthony Martino,
Ruekert & Mielke and Mr. Philip M. Szweda was reviewed and placed on
file.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
