The a!eeting was called to order at 9:00 P.M. by Chairman Schaumberg.
Also present were Aldermen Ford, Constantineau and Wallner and
Mr. Elmer Tinti.
The Committee reviewed the development plan of the Tinti division
adjacent to Hillendale Heights Subdivision. Mr. Tinti agreed that he would
remove the temporary cul-de-sac at the end of Sunnyhill Drive. The
committee agreed to amend Besolution $1220-76 to include a sufficient
amount of money in their bond to cover that work satisfactorily,
Aid. Ford moved to recommend Council approval of the release of the
following amounts to contractors who have completed work in Rristin
Downs Subdivision as per requested by Rite Realty:
Wells
Paving
Sewers
Tennis Courts
Engineering

Water Main 8.911.24
TOTAL $115,319.99
Motion seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed.on file.
Ald. Ford moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
