MINUTES OF MBBTING BBID MAY 9, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present were Aldermen Ford, Dumke and Knudsen, Building Inspector Lee and Supt. Bertram. Ald. Schaumberg arrived at 8:00 P.M.
0 Mr. Richard Zbilicki and Grant Truesdell, Windsor Drive, appeared at the meeting concerning drainage problems in the Fountainwood Subdivision. The committee will view the DrOblem orior to the next e meeting.
Mr. Bill Heimlich, appeared at the meeting to review the Federal Aid Program.
Mr. and Mrs. LaRue appeared concerning drainage in the area of Lake Drive. Ald. Pord moved to authorize Supt. Bertram to install under- ground drainage pipe and to clean out basin as required in front of the LaRue residence W174 S7206 Lake Drive. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Mr. and Mrs. LaRue agreed to bear the cost of the pipe and basins.
The committee reviewed the bids of Wolf Construction Co., Brookfield Culvert Co. and Rex &lam 8 Sons for culvert installations on private drives within the city.ic' Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of the acceptance of the low bid of Brookfield Culvert Co. Seconded
by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Pord recommended Council approval of a resolution for Federal Aid System Realignment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried to correspond with The Wisconsin Electric Power Company regarding the widening of and the changing of poles on that part of Kelsey Drive to be reconstructed.
The committee reviewed drainage problems as a result of sewer fill on the Russel Rea property in the area of Lembexeder Drive and Gold
Drive. The committee will view the area prior to the next meeting.
The committee discussed the surveying of Kurtze Lane and no action was taken at this meeting.
The committee discussed the area of Woods Road that is to be reconstructed and the matter will again be reviewed at the next meeting.
Ruekert and Mielke to be invited to the next meeting to discuss various projects that are pending within the city.
