MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Schaumberg at 8:00 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Ford and Foldy, Mayor Gottfried and Supt. Bertram.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

The following persons appeared regarding the city's proposal to have Tower Drive become a public right-of-way:
Paul J. Ussel Eleanor H. Niezgoda Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Heckert
Following a discussion of Tower Drive proposal those persons present were satisfied with the Public Works Committee's request to have them share the cost in the amount of $220.00 per property owner.
Mr. Bertram to contact other communities regarding their requirements on ditches that are subject to excessive erosion.
The committee reviewed the 1975 budget requests with Mr. Bertram.
The committee authorized Mr. Bertram to install a drain tile along

the west side of the lagoon.
Correspondence was received from Mr. Kalfa, S68 W17980 Muskego Drive regarding his culvert and weeds.
The meeting adjourned at lo:30 P.M.
