MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 17, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 8:15"?y Chairman Schaumberg. Also,
present were Aldermen Ford, Dumke, Foldy,and AZd. Wallner.
Mr. 'and Mrs. Wayne Salentine and Mrs. Joseph Modrak appeared to complain
about the reconstruction of Kelsey Drive. Their complaints will be
referred to Ruekert and Muelke. The committee further agreed that
future road reconstruction should be done in such a manner as to least
disturb the existing topography except where a dangerous condition exists.
Ronald L. Peters and Kenneth R. Peters appeared to request that no fill
be allowed in the marsh south of the interurban right-of-way and east of
Racine Avenue.
The following people appeared regarding the Tower Drive project. They
voiced their objection to the $200.00 assessment and suggested thages'
Tower Drive is already a public street.

Mrs. Clyde Heckert Mr. Paul Ussel
Alderman Schaumberg moved to retain $500.00 to cover any necessary re- seeding that might be needed for the Frank Narlock development.
The committee agreed to halt the issuance of building permits for Hale
Park Meadows, if the ditches are not cleaned and seeded.
