MINUTES OF MEETTNG HELD AUGUST 22, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Chairman Schaumberg.
Also present were Aldermen Ford, and Aldermen Dumke, Mayor Gottfried
and Supt. Bertram.
Thirteen residents were present for the purpose of discussing the
reconstruction of Kurtze Lane.
Ald. Schaumberg moved, seconded by Ald. Ford that the minutes of
the previous meeting be accepted and placed on file.
The committee discussed the drainage of the proposed Shagbark Sub-
division.
The Public Works Committee will request Warjo Construction Company
to pay $200.00 per lot for ditch restoration in Durham Meadows Sub-
division.
Mr. Fleck expressed concern regarding the development north of him
regarding water problems.
The Committee recommends to the Common Council that Ruekert & Mielke
begin the preparation of plans and specifications for the construction
of Kurtze Lane.
Ald. Dumke moved, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, that utilites and roads
in Willow Wood and Lincolnshire Subdivisions be accepted and that
final money be released. Motion carried.
Committee to recommend that Ruekert & Mielke prepare plans for right-
of-way for Tower Drive.
Ald. Ford moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at lo:40 P.M.
