MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 18, 1974
0 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Schaumberg at 8:00 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Ford, Colbum and Wallner. Mayor Gottfried
and Supt. Bertram also attended.
l Wayne Salentine and Delbert Guhr appeared to discuss the reconstruction
of Kelsey Drive as it relates to water runoff. Supt. Bertram will report
back at next meeting,
m Mr. and Mrs. Lassa appeared to discuss the disposition of their lot on
Richdorf Drive.
Ken Westcot appeared to request that Rite Realty provide some kind of bond
to cover their share of the cost of concrete inverts between the two
developments. Mayor Gottfried will contact Rite Realty once the low bid
is accepted to request a bond.
Alderman Ford moved to recommend the Finance Committee that the City offer
$9,000.00 for the Lassa property and indicate our interest in a portion
of it for road purposes. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Alderman Wallner presented the following requests:
a) Mr. and Mrs. Heckert requested to have Tower Drive
asphalted.
b) George and Harriet Rice requested improvements to East
Shore Drive.
cl Dennis Heinrich requested repairs to Thode and Heinrich
Drives.
d) John Lang and Ed Zidar requested Parker Drive rebuilt.
Alderman Ford moved to adjourn at 10:00 P.M. Seconded by Ald. Schuamberg,
motion carried.
