MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 21, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 8:40 P.M. by Cha irman Schaumberg.
Also present were Aldermen Ford, Dumke, Knudsen and Czarnecki, Mayor
Gottfried and Supt. Bertram.
The following persons appeared at the meeting for the purpose of dis-
cussing drainage and flooding problems in the area of Richdorf Drive: l William Schmidt S76 W19083 Richdorf Dr.

R. J. Bayer W190 S7544 Richdorf Dr.
G. Warda W18970 S75 Circle Dr.
Tom Preiss W171 S6872 Lannon Dr.
Ald. Ford moved to authorize Ruekert & Mielke to begin a drainage study
of the watershed affecting the Richdorf Drive drainage channel. Seconded
by Ald. Schaumberg. Motion carried.
Mr. Lee to check the grade on the lot at the corner of Circle Drive and
Richdorf Drive.
Mr. Bertram to review that portion of Kelsey Drive to be reconstructed
with a representative from Ruekert 6 Mielke to get a cost estimate of
the proposed work. Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval
of having Ruekert and Mielke prepare plans and specifications for the re-
construction of a portion of Kelsey Drive west of Racine Ave. Seconded
by Ald. Ford, motion carried.
City Attorney Buckley to be contacted for a legal opinion regarding the
Lassa property located between Shore Lane and Lochcrest Blvd.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval authorizing Ruekert &
Mielke to prepare plans and specifications and to advertise for bids
for the installation of storm sewer on Center Drive.
Applications for highway position to be reviewed at the next meeting.
Ald. Ford moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 11:OO P.M.
