MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 3, 1973
0 The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. by Chairman Schaumberg.
Also present were Aldermen Ford, Knudsen and Dumke and Czarnecki, Supt.
Bertram and Mayor Gottfried.
Mr. Ron Kinart (Janesville Rd. in Tess Corners) appeared at the
meeting regarding the bridge and culvert under S.T.H. 24. supt.
i -* Bertram to study the damage and reconstruction due to recent flood.
Aid. Ford will .check the lagoon at Parkland Plaza and report to the
committee in two weeks.
Supt. Bertram will review the funds in the storm sewer budget.
Mr. Harry Harenda, W180 S6416 Lentini Drive, appeared at the meeting
to discuss the drainage ditch on his property. Supt. Bertram will send
a crew to clean the ditch. Mr. Lee will send a letter to Mr. Buss (owner
of the adjacent lot) to provide cover for complete lot.
The water problem on Ladwig Drive wars discussed. The committee will
review the whole area and report back at the next meeting.
The committee authorized Mr. Bertram to remove the pump at the Lannon

Lift Station and core drill a hole on top of wet well for future
pump installation.
Mr. Bertram discussed the water problem on the Lazynsk$ & Beck property.
It was agreed at the time of the division of land the drainage around
the Lassa, Salentine, etc. property, it will be corrected.
Mr. Bertram was authorized to install a guard rail on the bridge at
Muskego Drive and Pearl Drive.
A letter was received from School Supt. Robert Kreuser, showing
satisfaction of a mortgage from the Bay Lane property. Also that
the School District is installing the fence and the city may now
proceed with road maintenance.
A letter that had been sent to Gebhard-Nell concerning the work
progress at the new city garage was reviewed.
Aid. Foldy requested the committee to review the drainage ditch in
the vicinity of Kipling and Longfellow.
