MINUTES OF MEETING HELD - SEPTEMBER 6, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 4:25 by Chairman Schaumberg.
Also present were Aldermen Ford and Dumke, Supt. Bertram and
Mayor Gottfried.
Attorney Paul Burbach appeared at the meeting to request the
release of $4.500.00 of his $5,000.00 bond for restoration
work done in Woodhill Subdivision. No action was taken.
Mr. Jim Willniak appeared at the meeting concerning dedication
of street in Parkland Plaza. Mr. Bertram to view this street
north of Briargate La.
Mayor Gottfried to write to Mr. George Schaefer regarding the
filling of water retention area adjacent to Sunset Drive.
Ald. Ford moved to have Supt. Bertram remove the tree stump,
provide top soil and seed the Island Drive Cul de sac. Seconded
by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Ford moved to grant permission to the Wisconsin Telephone
co. to install conduit from Janesville Rd. along Pioneer Drive
to Racine Ave. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Public Works Committee will request from the Police Dept.
the accident report concerning the area of Sandy Beach Dr. and
Woods Road.
The committee will view Silver Drive regarding the possibility
of installing concrete invert on Diamond drive from Gem Drive
to Silver Drive and along Silver Drive.
Correspondence relating to Public Works projects were reviewed
and placed on file.
