The committee agreed to defer the matter until a decision is made on whether or not to reduce the curves on Woods Road as this might provide an alternate drainage route. Supt. The committee decided to take no action at this time regarding the potential water problem at the corner of Vine St. and Bay Lane. The committee agreed that forthwith our policy regarding mailboxes damaged by snow plows would be as follows: (1) If the mailbox is actually struck and damaged by city equipment, the city will repair or replace it.
