PWCommittee - MINUTES - 4/6/1972PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 6, 1972 0 Chairman Burgermeister called the meeting to order at 7~05 P.M. Also present were Ald. Foldy, Mayor Gottfried and Engineer Ba~rry. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and pla~ced on file. Correspondence from F. Hersh of Hersh & Stupar, Attorney at Law, re- garding Stoehr Grading was received and placed on file. e Engineer Barry presented estimates of asphalt and prime coat required for 1972 road projects. They are 11,047 tons of asphalt and 29,862 gallons of prime coat. Aid. Burgermeister moved to recommend that Council approve the taking of bids. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. The relocation of storm sewer at St. Paul's Church was discussed. Engineer Barry to view site and present alternates for east lot line and west lot line at next Public Works meeting. Bid quotations for northeast treatment plant well were received as follows: 0 Guthrie, Inc. $ 795.00 Andrew Egofske $804.90 minus 29.98 St. Sales Tax 774.92 Total Engineer Barry to make cursory study of widening of Garnet Drive. The drainage of Schrieber property on Woods Road was discussed - a 6 inch tile is apparently working as the property is dry. Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend Council give 10 foot dedication on the south side of Woods Road to Frank DeAngelis. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
