m MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 20, 1970
Chairman Wollman called the meeting to order at 8:lO P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Burgermeister, DeBack, Foldy, Mayor Gottfried, Building
Inspector Lee and Supt. Bertram.
Mr. Manske appeared before the Committee to discuss drainage problems

in Meadowdale Subdivision. The Committee reviewed the drainage plans
prepared by Ruekert & Mielke. Ald. Burgermeister will make a copy of
the drainage plans and send to Mr. Manske.
Mr. Robert Lentini appeared at the meeting to discuss the road across
his lot in Hi-Y Ranches being used by the public. Mr. Lentini requested
that the road not be plowed, oil or maintained by the city.
The Committee discussed finished road grades in some areas being
sewered.
The Committee discussed Martin Drive and decided to table this at
the present time.
Tess Corners Creek was discussed. Ald. Burgermeister moved to bid
0
section of drainage pipe under Highway 24 and that the contract for
the balance of the project be awarded to Brookfield Culvert Co., Inc.
in the amount of $11,762.25. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved that the Public Works Dept get estimates on
a municipal garage. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Application for employment with the Public Works Dept. was received
from Conrad J. Muth, W146 S7011 Catalina Dr. Placed on file.
Letter was received from Dept. of Natural Resources regarding the
reconstruction of Little Muskego Dam. Placed on file.
Letter was received from Waukesha County Aighway Commission, Mr. V. F.
Demshar. Subject: Highway Systems Study.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. Wollman.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.M.
