MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON JUNE 30, 1970
Chairman Wollman called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Sapp, Burgenneister, Dwyer and DeBack, Mayor Gottfried,
Supt. Bertram and Consulting Engineer Frank Ruekert.
Muskego Dam Road - Order No. 2, dated April 4, 1846, relating to
Muskego Dan Road was reviewed. A 20 to 30 ft. temporary construction
easement will be needed to complete the construction planned for that
road.
South DeNoon Road - Engineer Ruekert advised the committee that a
written agreement with the Town of Norway should be obtained stating
that they will share the costs equally of the initial survey on S.
DeNoon Road. Mayor Gottfried will send a letter to Brodel and Amann
requesting a copy of their deeds to help establish the center line
of South DeNoon Road.
Martin Drive - Engineer Ruekert will revise plans and return to
committee. '
Woods Road - Engineer Ruekert was directed to prepare new blanket
easements for Woods Road.
Meadowdale and Southern Heights - Engineer Ruekert was directed to survey
complete area and make recommendations for solving drainage problems.
Little Muskego Lake Dam - Engineer Ruekert will prepare construction
easements along the lake.
DeBack moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Wollman, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
