0 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 23, 1970
Chairman Wollman called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Burgermeister and DeBack, Mayor Gottfried and Supt. Bertram.
Mr. Felix Felginski appeared to complain about the large ditch in front
of his home on Richdorf.
Mr. Draeger of Brookfield Culvert Co. was present at the meeting to
discuss the needed extension of the culvert through Highway 24 in
Tess Corners. A Permit from the State will be needed and it will
require four drawings and 10 guage steel will be required. Ald.
Burgemneister moved to have City Engineers Ruekert & Mielke draw up
a new set of plans for the Tess Corners drainage work and to have
the project rebid. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Mr. and Mrs. Les Fohr appeared to discuss the drainage problems in
Meadowdale Subdivision. The Committee will contact Ruekert & Mielke
to get an answer to the drainage problems.

The Committee discussed future road improvements and costs.
Ald. DeBack moved to put a 1" asphalt mat on Acker Dr. and North View
Drive and to put a sandseal on Hi View Drive. Seconded by Ald. Burger-
meister. Motion carried. ' ‘\
Ald. Burgermeister moved to apply a 1" asphalt mat on roads in
Sewer District C. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Committee discussed communication from Ruekert & Mielke and will
inform them to establish centerline and stake right-of-way on South
Denoon Road.
Anapplication for employment with the Public Works Dept. was received
from John P. Stachowski, W191 S7192 Luehring Dr. Same placed on file.
Ald. Burgenneister moved to have a culvert installed on Valley Dr.
Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 6:25 P.M.
