MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 19, 1970
The meeting was called to,order at 4:lO P.M. by Chairman Budish. Also
present were Alderman Wollman, City Engineer Kelsenberg, Supt. Bertram l and Mayor Wieselmann.
S. Robert Lentini appeared at the meeting to again discuss the sale
of a lot in Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision to the City.
Consulting Engineers Ruekert & Mielke have advised that at one point
Hillview Drive is located entirely on the Mrs. Arnold Schaefer property
and that this problem will have to be corrected. City Engineer Kel-
senberg will contact Mrs. Schaefer to try to resolve the problem.
Supt. Bertram reported that he had discussed the reopening of
Simandl Drive with the majority of the residents on the street and
it was their feeling that they would prefer to have Sima~ndl Drive
reopened providing Hi-Y Drive remains open.
0 The following two applications for employment with the Public Works
Dept. were received:
Robert H. Bierbower, S92 W20084 Henneberry Dr., Muskego
Mark Magnuson, R.//l, Hales Corners, Wis.
The storm sewer culvers in the Tess Corners area were again discussed.
City Engineer Kelsenberg will discuss the matter with the State High-
way Dept. in an effort to have them pay the expenses involved in
increasing the size of a concrete box culvert out to the State Highway
right-of-way line.
The Public Works Committee recommends that a junked highway truck
parked in the Highway Dept. yard be disposed of for $10.00.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. Budish.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
