MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY ~5, 1970
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Wollman at 4:05 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen DeBack, Supt. Bertram and City Engineer
a
Kelsenberg.
Ald. Wollman moved to reject all bids on Sanitary Sewery Lateral
S.T.H. 24 to Da~ndilion Park and to re-a~dvertise for new bids to be
opened February 19, 1970 at 4:00 P.M. Seconded by Ald. DeBack.
Motion carried.
A communication was read concerning Meadowdale Subdivision written to
Mr. Les Fohr from the Plan Commission.
Ald. Budish and Mayor Wieselmann joined the meeting at 4:30 P.M.
Easementsfor the reconstruction of Woods Road from Lannon Dr. to
Racine Ave. and the reconstruction of Tess Corners Creek were
discussed.
0 Ald. DeBack moved to request City Engineer to draw specifications
to advertise for bids fop Crowbar Road, Woods Road and Baby Lane.
Seconded by Ald. Budish. Motion carried.
Speed Limit signs on Racine Avenue in the Lake DeNoon area were
discussed.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Budish. The meeting
adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
