PWCommittee - MINUTES - 11/5/1970PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSREGO 0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 5, 1970 Chairman Wollman called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister, DeBack, Dwyer, Foldy, Mayor Gottfried and Supt. Bertram. e Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend to the Finance Committee an hourly rate of $4.10 per hour plus all benefits the other city employees will receive for 1970 for the Public Works Dept. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried. Ald. Burgermeister moved to give Supt. Bertram authority to work out an agreement with the County for replacement of storm sewer on Lions Park Drive. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried. Ald. DeBack moved to recommend to the Common Council the purchase of a jack hammer for the Public Works Dept. Seconded by Ald. Burgenneister. Motion carried. Supt. Bertram will contact the Electric Company on drainage problems on 0 their right-of-way in the area of Woods Road and Bay Lane. Ald. Burgermeister moved to defer action on the request for a sewer assessment adjustment for Robert Jazdxewski. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried. Ald. DeBack moved to place a "NO Thru Street" sign on Lake Drive north of Pleasant View. Seconded by Ald. Burgermeister. Motion carried. Letter was received from City Attorny regarding the easements referred to by the Wisconsin Electric Power Co. regarding Mercury Dr. in the Industrial Park. Letter was received from V. F. Demshar regarding the Waukesha Co. Highway Commission being interested in selling various random size parcels of excess right-of-way along New Highway "Y". Mayor Gottfried and Ald.
