MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1970
Chairman Wollman called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Burgermeister, DeBack, Dryer and Ken Thode of the Public
Works Dept.
Committee discussed Dept. of Public Works Wage Requests for 1971. Ken
Thode and John Loughney, representing the Public Works Dept. were
present.
Committee agreed to replace fence for Quentin Nelson, SllO W16258 Union
Church Drive.
Application for employment with the Public Works Dept. was received
from Charles Raymond Stawicki
Received cost estimates and prints of a floor layout for the
Municipal Garage from Ruekert & Mielke.
Received from Ruekert & Mielke a copy of a letter received from
Public Works Industry, Re: Mechanics Lien Waivers for Public Works
Contractors and also a copy of a letter to City Attorney Buckley for
an opinion on this.

Project MSS-9-70 as listed above. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion
carried.
