MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 22, 1970
The meeting was called to order by Cha~innan Budish at 3:50 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Wollman and DeBack, Supt. Bertram, Mayor
Wieselmann and City Engineer Kelsenberg.
The following applications for employment with the Public Works Dept.
were received:
Edward Anton Felzer, W139 S9332 Boxhorn Dr., Hales Corners, Wis.
Melvin S. Rheingans, S63 W15030 Garden Terrace, Hales Corners, Wis.
The following bids for an 8" Sanitary Sewer Lateral, S.T.H. 24 to
Dandlion Park:
DeBelak Bros., Inc. $10,560.00
L & R Construction 11,960.OO
Leo Neuman 12,480.OO
Ald. DeBack moved to defer action on Sewer Lateral bids until the
Mayor can check on the possibility of cutting through the road to
lay the Sewer Lateral. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed Resolution i&46-69, entitled, Establishing
Wages and Fringe Benefits for Public Works Employees for Year 1970,
The Committee agreed the wording in Resolution 8146-69 be changed
from "work week" to "pay period."
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. The meeting
adjourned at 4:55 P.M.
