PWCommittee- MINUTES - 6/5/1969l \ PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 5, 1969 Chairman Budish called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M. Present were Chairman Budish, Aldermen Wollman and DeBack, Mayor Wieselmann, Supt. Bertram and City Engineer Kelsenberg. Drainage problems from Hi-Y Drive and SimandiL‘Drive in the vicinity of new Highway "Y" were discussed. Letter was read that had been sent to Franz Michels from Building Inspector concerning temporary occupancy permit and the reconstruction of a ditch. Aid. Wollman moved to grant permission to the Wisconsin Natural Gas Company to install the following: 872 ft. of 2" H.P. main and 4 314" H.P. laterals to serve School and Preston DK. 432 ft. of 2" H.P. main and 1 314 H.P. Lateral to serve Mrs. Kamercoe at W179 ~6621 Ranch Dr. 196 ft. of 2" H.P. main and 1 3/4" H.P. lateral to serve Ed Skurzewski at WL92 S7150 Hillside Dr. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried. Ald. DeBack moved to grant permission for conditional approval for the Wisconsin Telephone Co. to bury a cable in and across Henneberry Rd. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried. Viewed estimated developer cost and city cost fOK first 40 acres of industrial and commercial park. Discussed sealcoating on Lannon Drive and laying a mat on Boxhorn Rd. and Groveway Lane south of Ryan Rd. Engineer Kelsenberg reviewed a drawing for the reconstruation of Kelsey Rd. 700 ft. east of Crowbar to the Vernon Town Line. Discussed drainage problems on wait to see if any development soon. the Les Fohr property. It was decided to is going to take place in Parkland Plaza Received a complaint case sheet from the Police Dept. concerning damaged city property at S69 W12996 Woods Rd. Supt. Bertram reported on a striping machine he had Looked at and will ask for quotations on some of the machines. Supt. Bertram reported on calls he had received from the Police Dept. Aid.
