0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 22, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 4:lO P.M. by Acting Chairman Wollman.
Also present were Alderman DeBack, Mayor Wieselmann, Supt. Bertram and
City Engineer Kelsenberg.
Representatives of the Wis. Electric Power Co., Wis. Telephone Co. and
Wis. Natural Gas Co. were present to discuss a proposed ordinance
regarding street openings in the city. City Engineer Kelsenberg ex-
plained how the new ordinance would apply to utilities doing work within
the city. Representatives of the utility companies expressed concern
in regard to having an opportunity to review the proposed ordinance and
to have an opportunity to comment on it before it is adopted by the
Council. When a copy of the ordinance is available it will be mailed
to the representatives of all the utilities.
Ald. Wollman moved to grant permission to the Wisconsin Natural Gas
Co. to install the following:
316' of 2" H.P. main and l-3/4" H.P. service to serve Robert
Houland, W146 S6971 Catalina Dr.
0 Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Ald. DeBack moved to grant a permit to the Wis. Telephone Co. to bury
cable to Muskego Country Club south of Ryan Rd. and west of S. North
Cape Road in the City of Muskego,, pending.approval by the City Attorney.
Seconded by Ald. Wollman, motion carried.
The construction of Bay Lane was discussed. Mr. Basse has requested
that the topsoil be stockpiled on his land and he also requested two
access culverts onto his land.
Supt. Bertram presented literature and prices on striping machines.
Action was deferred until the next meeting of the Committee.
Supt. Bertram requested a map for his use to help him locate manholes
in the areas where sewers had been installed.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. Wollman.
The meeting adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
