MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 20, 1969
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Budish at 4:00 P.M.
Present were Chairman Budish, Mayor Wieselmann, Aldermen Wollman
and DeBack and Sup-t. Bertram.
The Committee reviewed a perliminary print of construction project
on Woods Road from Lannon Drive to Racine Ave. and the Committee
gave approval on same.
Ald. DeBack moved to recommend to the Common Council that the Public
Works Committee be granted authorization to advertise for bids for
the 1969 Road Improvement Program. Seconded by Ald. Wollman, motion
carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to accept the low bid for the new highway tractor
and mower from Bosch Hardware and Implement Co. in the amount of
$5,222.25, less $2,122.75 trade-in for IHC Cub, plus $265.00 for a
hydraulic mower - net cost to be $3,364.50. Seconded by Ald. DeBack.
Motion carried.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. Wollman.
The meeting adjourned at 5:25 P.M.
