MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 4, 1969
The meeting was called, to order by Chairman Budish at 4:00 P.M.
Also present were Alderman Wollman, Supt. Bertram and City Engineer l Joseph Kelsenberg.
The Committee discussed a lateral problem to the David Beierle property
on Racine Avenue. The matter will be brought to the attention of
Engineers Ruekert & Mielke and discussed at the Common Council meeting.
A citizen residing on Emerson Drive, Mr. Ted Wood, is concerned as
to whether or not his road should be a permanent road.
The situation of the property of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Bolster on
Simandl Drive was discussed regarding the construction of new
Highway "Y" and the fact that Mr. Raymond Wallner has been filling
an adjacent lot.

The drainage problem in Meadowdale Subdivision was discussed. City
Engineer Kelsenberg was requested to direct a letter to Building
Inspector Lee in an effort to resolve the problem.
The sewer hookup at the Kent Eastburn property was discussed. Mr.
John Mielke is rechecking the matter.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn. Seconded by Budish and carried.
The meeting adjourned at 5:20 P.M.
