PWCommittee - MINUTES - 7/17/19690 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 17, 1969 Chairman Budish called the meeting to order at 4:lO P.M. Present were Chairman Budish, Aldermen DeBack, Mayor Wieselmann, City Engineer Kelsenberg and Supt. Bertram. * Received from Ruekert & Mielke a description of the additional land needed for the reconstruction of Woods Road and Bay Lane. Communication received from Dr. Ralph Lassa regarding a drainage problem behind his business location on Janesville Rd. City Engineer will check on problem. Application for employment received from Gordon Heine, W139 S6537 Poe's Place. Ald. DeBack moved to grant permission to Wisconsin Telephone Company to auger across Racine Avenue 1800 ft north of Hi-Y Drive. Seconded 0 by Ald. Budish, motion carried. Ald. Budish moved to grant permission to the Wisconsin Natural Gas Company to install the following: 401' of 2" H.P. main and 1 3/4 H.P. lateral to serve Harry Netzler at S69 W17752 Shady Lane 390 of 2" H.P. main and 1 3/4" H.P. lateral to serve Best Buy Bldrs, at S70 W17495 Forest Dr. 476' of 2" H.P. main and 1 3/4" H.P. lateral to serve Mathew Strublic at S77 W18188 Ann Dr. Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried. Barry Colbert and Lenard Reinholz appeared to discuss a drainage problem in the area of Wentland and Hillview Dr. Supt Bertram and City Engineer will check on problem. Communication received from City Engineer regarding the construction of Bay Lane Rd. --widening at Country Squire (approximately 250' x 40' needed.) Communication received from City Attorney on the subject of Gold Drive. 0 City Engineer will check description on lots aubtting Gold Dr. Supt. Bertram reported on water problem on Lainey property. City Engineer will request City Attorney to write a letter to Lainey requesting him to correct the problem. City Engineer will contact the Wisconsin Electric Power Co. on changing culvert size near Woods Rd. and Bay Lane on Electric Co. right-of-way. e Other drainage problems were discussed. Ald.
