0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 19, 1969
Chairman Budish called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M.
Present were Chairman Budish, Aldermen Wollman and DeBack, Mayor
Wieselmann, Supt. Bertram and City Engineer Kelsenberg.

Letter was read that had been sent to Franz Michels from Building
Inspector stating that drainage ditch on his property did not meet
the requirements of the agreement of February 7, 1969.
Mr. Michels appeared and agreed to give a 30 ft. easement for drainage
ditch purposes/
Dick Casper, representing DeBack Grading appeared at the meeting and
agreed to start construction on Crowbar Rd. on or before July 20, 1969,
and would have it completed by August 20, 1969.
Building Inspector Lee reported that two culverts at new homes on
Sunny Hill Dr. in Hillendale Subdivision did not meet the requirements.

Copy of letter and estimates were read that City Engineer Kelsenberg
sent to G. A. Kress Insurance Co. regarding damage to City property
at S69 W12996 Woods Rd.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend to the Common Council that the Public
Works Dept. be authorized to advertise for bids for a striping machine
for the Highway Dept. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Chairman Budish moved to hire Carl Bergmann, Jr. as an additional city
employee on the Highway Dept. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Police Dept. requested "No Trucking" signs for Northbound traffic on
Martin & Lentini Dr. Supt. Bertram will check on these signs. ,.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. DeBack.
The meeting adjourned at 6:05 P.M.
