PWCommittee - MINUTES - 5/9/1969PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINU'IES OF MEETING HELD MAY 9, 1969
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:20 P.M.
Present were Mayor Wieselmann, Aldermen Wollman and DeBack and
several property owners abutting Union Church Drive.
Mayor Wieselmann indicated that the right-of-way is now a 3-rod width
and would be increased to 4 rods with the reconstruction of Union
Church Drive which would mean that the City of Muskego must acquire
another 8% feet more land from the property owners.
Mr. Myron Schweitzer questioned whether or not he would be taxed for
the land to the center of the road if the 8% feet would be dedicated
to the city. The answer was "no" because he would not own it.
Mr. Elmer Rohda was concerned about the distance of his house from
the road.
Mrs. OliuefWendt requested two drives with culverts where she now
has drives into her field.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ald. DeBack.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
/ Harold DeBack, Sec'y.
