MINUTES.X3F MEETING HELD APRIL 3, 1969
Chairman Budish called the meeting to order at 3:50 P.M.
Present were Chairman Budish, Mayor Wieselmann, Aldermen Wollman and
DeBack and Suvt. Bertram.
Ald. DeBack moved to grant permission to the Wisconsin Natural Gas
Company to install the following:
680' of H.P., 340' of 6" H.P., 415' of 2" H.P. main, and
l-valve pit in Racine Ave., CTH "Y" and Lochcrest Blvd.
to clear highway relocation project.
1,179 ft. of 2" H.P. main on Lentini Dr. to provide a feed
when the main on College Ave.
Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Received application for employment from Edwin J. Zarling, W148 S6501
Brookside Dr., Muskego, Wisconsin.
Received from the City of Greenfield a copy of the form they use to
advertise for bids for private contractors to.cut weeds.
Bids for road materials for the 1969 road improvement program wil
be received on or before April 24, 1969 at 4:00 P.M.
The Public Works Committee recommends to accept the advice of the
City Engineer to award the bids for the sewer projects as follows:
Project MSS-1-69 to L & R Const. Co. in the amount of $85,946.25
Project MSS-2-69 to Rock Contractors, in the amount of lOI,l20.00
Project MSS-3-69 to Rock Contractors, in the amount of 113,652.OO
Ald. DeBack moved to grant permission to Supt. Bertram to rent the
equipment or to hire someone to clean out sewer line on Lincoln Dr.
in Kingston Grove. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ald. DeBack.
The meeting adjourned at 5:lO P.M.
