HIGHWAY "Y" TO THE BRIDGE THURSDAY, APRIL 29, 1969
The meeting wars called to order at ?:35 P.M. by Chairman Budish.
Present were Chairman Budish, Aldermen Wollman and DeBack, City
Engineer Kelsenberg and Supt. Bertram.
The following people whose property lies adjacent to Woods Road in
the reconstruction area were present:

Mr. Walter Vesbach requested more information regarding the culvert
and drainage easement and the cut in the road.
The Fillmans expressed concern as to whether or not water would run
unto their property.
The property owners with concrete driveways were concerned as to
whether or not it would be repaired and replaced if damaged.
Mr. Donald Schreiber questioned as to whether or not he would be getting
more water than he is getting.
