MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 6, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 4:04 P.M. Present were Chairman
Budish, Alderman Wollman and Supt. Bertram.
The following bids were received for a mower and tractor for the
Highway Dept:

Ald. DeBack moved to grant permission to the Wisconsin Natural Gas Co.
to install the following:
139' of 2" H.P. Steel 41' of 3/4" lateral to serve Daniel

208' of 2" H.P. Steel main and 108' of 3/4" lateral to serve Bernard
Boehm at Wl64.57566 Bay Lane.

Seconded by Ald. Wollman, motion carried.
Copy of a letter sent to the City Engineer from the Dept. of Transportation
requesting that a representative be present at a pre-construction meeting
on College Ave. to be held eon March 6, 1969
at 10:00 A.M. The successful bidder will be present.

0 Letter received from City Engineer giving the new pay scale that is
to go into effect due to increased costs.
2 or 3 man field crew $21.00 to $25.00 per hr.
Principal 20.00 per Hr.
Engineer 15.00 per Hr.
Draftsman 10.00 per Hr.
0 Ald. Wollman moved to grant permission to Supt. Bertram for the removal
of 100 stumps @ $7.00 per stump. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion
carried.
Supt. Bertram reported that the Public Works Dept. is in need of a
used truck to be used for a water tank truck.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting, Seconded by Ald. DeBack.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 4:40 P.M.
